CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
On entire trip: A refund will be made up to thirty (30) days prior to departure date. This will exclude any deposits sent to vendors such as hotels, restaurants, tour guides, bus companies or any other special event taking place on the tour that required an advance non-refundable deposit. A service fee will be charged for any cancellations after receipt of initial deposit. All cancellations must be made verbally and with written notice at least three (3) weeks prior to departure date. Cancellation of entire trip within fourteen (14) days of departure date or no-show on day of trip is non-refundable. Refunds that fall within the guidelines above will be issued to group within sixty (60) days of cancellation date. in the case of “An Act of God” cancellation will be accepted. Monies will be returned excluding deposits or payments not returned from vendors.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND FOR INDIVIDUALS:
A refund will be made for any individual up to fourteen (14) days prior to departure date. A service fee will be charged to individuals for any cancellations after receipt of initial deposit. All individual cancellations must be made verbally and with written notice. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of departure date or no-shows on day of trip are non-refundable. Refunds that fall within the guidelines above will be issued to individuals within sixty (60) days of cancellation date.
Upon receipt of our Overnight Tour Contract, first deposit due WILL BE STATED ON YOUR CONTRACT. Thereafter, the second deposit (time permitting) will be due by the date stated under “2nd Deposit Due” on your contract. The final balance due must be paid in full no later than four (4) weeks prior to departure date. If the final balance is received within fourteen (14) days of the departure date, the final balance must be paid by certified check or money order. There will be no exceptions! Personal checks and/or credit cards are NOT accepted for payment at any time.
ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL acts only as an agent and is only responsible to the • tour participants for arranging hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admission fees and meals as specified in the Overnight Tour Contract with client. ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL is not responsible for negligence on the part of its agents, vendors or employees. ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, loss or delay, or changes in itinerary incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental carrier, hotel, bus company or other person rendering any services or accommodations being offered in this tour. ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL is NOT responsible for any illness, injuries, death, damage, loss or delay by any means of transportation or by reason of any event beyond the actual control of ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL. Luggage, personal items of any sort such as money, jewelry, radios, cameras, [Pod®, beepers, cell phones, etc. is at “OWNER’S RISK” throughout the entire tour. Organization/Tour Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL for any physical/property damage incurred by either the hotel or bus company or by any other entity rendering any services or accommodations on this tour for which damage is a direct result of or arises from the acts of the Organization or its tour participant(s). The right is reserved by ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL to withdraw any tour or part thereof and/or to make such alterations in the itinerary as may be found desirable for the convenience of the participants and for the driver/tour guide carrying out the tour. ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL reserves the right to substitute hotels, buses, attractions, etc of equal value if deemed absolutely necessary. Published times on our itineraries are as accurate as possible and subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical and any other conditions that prevent ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL from operating under normal conditions.
Your tour includes all necessary tips for hotel accommodations, dining gratuities, etc. Tips for escorts and drivers, etc., although customary, are not included in your tour. Gratuities can however be factored in upon request, depending on your tour. If you wish, such appreciation to your guide/escort or driver may be extended at your option.
In accordance with the law and in the interest of the health and comfort of our passengers, we ask that no one smoke aboard the coach. Rest stops will be made accordingly.
Hours exceeding contracted times are considered overtime and might be billed accordingly. ON ALL CANADA TRIPS: To enter Canada (Niagara/Toronto/Montreal/Quebec) and return to USA, tour participants, including children of any age, must be in possession of a passport. The motor coach will not be allowed to cross the border unless all passengers provide a passport. ALL ABOARD TOURS & TRAVEL is not responsible for non-compliance with regulations.
